I've been trying to find financial assistance to get caught up with our mortgage and home equity line of credit, both are due in March. Line of credit is in pending foreclosure, and the home mortgage is 108 days past due and I need to pay it down by March. I was my mothers caregiver for 18 years in this home and I don't want to lose it. She passed away last summer and I have since been unemployed due to a break in my back.
We ( my sister and I) are living off of her SSI which is 1,755 a month. We just need a little help to get caught up with bank. If you know of any programs that may help please let me know. Thank you Julie.

I am having a hard time to come up with my March mortgage payment. I was approved for a modification and my payment is $620. We had emergencies come up this month, so I just need help with this one payment and having a hard time figuring out the best place to go to and talk to about this. Please help. Sincerely,
