Re: Customer for a long time but no water payment plan offered

I have been calling Impact since October 1st to get help with my water bill which is due to be shut off anytime now. I don't know who else to call to get a payment plan for my water bill. I have tried every agency I have gotten from the 211 line. I am disabled and I am desperate now. My gas has been off for 2 months as well. I make $1016 a month through social security and pay $800 a month for rent.
Please help me. I have no way of paying these bills. I am on PIPP plan for my electric and gas and I am supposed to pay $61 per month for each utility but before I got on PIPP the gas was disconnected, and I need payment plans for water. Please help me.
