I’m in need of utility assistance for a shut off notice I have from my gas company black hills energy. I was given your information through the community action program and left a voice mail with no return call. Follow up please. I’m located in Lancaster County Lincoln, NE. I have a household of 5 with 2 minors and one being a newborn. I lost my job in December while pregnant and had a car accident in January that has set us back a lot. Any help is appreciated!

I am currently working but I have a lot of mental health issues that some days I have to miss work and I have a lot of doctors’ appointments and if I don’t go and miss out on pay. I have been trying to pay what I can when I can. How does your program work? I hope you can help.
