Grants to pay bills and debts

Do grants to help pay bills and debts really exist. how abot free money? I see these sites and packages that ask you for a few dollars to get grant information. Are they real?
You need to be very careful with these grant and free money sites. You can do some things to make extra money (view the income forum...get paid sites, surveys, and more) but you do need to work and put in some time.
