Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I am needing help in two areas.
1. My hearing is bad and I have had hearing tested and I need hearing aids but cannot afford them.
2. My eyesight is bad. I have had cataract surgery but my vision has gotten worse. I am a diabetic and take medication.
I am a senior citizen, 68 years old and I cannot afford to get these items. It is even hard for me to get my heart medicine. Is there anyone that can help me? I live in Emory Texas.

My mother needs new hearing aids. She bought some 3 years ago and they told her she needs new one because her hearing is worse.  She can not afford the $7000.00 for new ones, they are retired and living on a fixed income.  Is there any help in Texas to assist with hearing aids?
