I need help with housing and transportation and although I have given donations in the past in Puerto Rico to the salvation army when they stand outside Walmart at Christmas time, I do not see help for single moms in Puerto Rico. I cooperate and now that I need help, how do I get it?

Good morning. I have a question. What I have to do to qualify for this help. I live in Puerto Rico but I'm planning to move to Connecticut. I have a daughter with a condition and here in P.R the doctor denied the help for her.
