I'm from Springfield MA. I suffer from many life threatening illnesses which I have to constantly go to doctor’s appointment. I have lupus SLE, chrons, seizure disorder, blood clotting disorder and many others. I recently suffered and almost died from a blood clot in my lung so it’s important that I get blood checks twice weekly.
I fell behind on my car payments and it was recently repossessed and I do not have all the money to get it back, a vehicle is a must for me. So I'm looking for any help in this matter.

Unable to pay rent in my current apartment due to missing hours as well as overtime hours because my 1 year old daughter started having seizures about a month ago. I have to miss work to get her to MRI, EEG, Neurologist appointments until they figure out how to treat her. They found fluid on her brain and is trying to figure out if it's blood and if it's causing her seizures.
