Our pre-paid utility plan not covering our bills

My husband and I are with Fairfield electric, and we are on the prepaid plan. We are trying to find someone to help us with our electric until a week from this coming Monday. We cannot find anyone who helps with this, if you could help us at least with some information it would be greatly appreciated.
