I am inquiring on assistance paying my Electric bill as my husband gout up and left. I have already applied through DHS and was denied due to income. At this point I owe $1,017.29 that is due in about two weeks. I am working part time since my husband left but cannot afford that high of a bill. I have two young children in the house (ages 1 and 3). Can you please point me in the right direction of an agency that can assist me?

My husband abandoned me 9 months ago. I am disabled and I can't pay all my bills. I owe two light bills and I have no way to pay them. I go to court for spousal support on October 27th. I have already received my cut off notice for my electricity.
