We assume New Castle County? As that is where most people live in Delaware! If so, find the assistance programs here, maybe some of which offer deposit help.

Security deposit for special needs in Delaware

Good Morning,
I am sending this email on behalf on my 25 year old special needs daughter. She has been approved for housing through the State of Delaware. She has found a place to live but the only thing is she would need and $875.00 security deposit by tomorrow.
I was wondering if the neighborhood house could help.
