Maybe try talking to a Flint Michigan Salvation Army center. As if your parents are addicts, they may qualify for help as the Salvation Army helps with addiction recovery. And at the same time they can advise you on how to get out of that house.

I'm not really sure where I'm at, but, I realize I need lots of help. I go to an ACOA program (12 step) and am still mentally/spiritually struggling. I'm 42 and am at a miserable, low paying job. Sadly, I hate admitting this, but, I live with my parents who are dysfunctional (one's and inactive addict not in recovery). I'm very stuck. I need lots of help and don't know what to do. I just want out of this predicament.
