Have you confused this site with another? This site doesn't call back anyone, strictly resource information for your area.
Good Morning,
I have already applied for help with my bills and have not heard anything back yet and it has already been 3 months. Your web site is down so no one can check their status. I have called and it says I would get a call back in 24 hours. So far no call back. I would like to know if I have the help. Can you possibly help me?
