Have you asked them if you get a police report that the box was in fact vandalized if they would drop the price they are asking? Could be worth a shot.

Hello, I don't know where else to turn... I am buying a trailer in Toledo Ohio and I been trying to get my electric turned on but someone tampered with the box and now they are asking me to pay over 1200 to get service connected. I don't have much income and have been here without power for over 2 weeks... Someone told me to talk to you guys... Any help would be great... I can not livery like this!
