need help with my utility bill

i live in dexter mo my husben has not had work in 3month we have 3 kids our utility bill is 840.00 ameruen ue will not work with me it is to been turn off october 27 2009 the LIHEAP will not have funds til Nov.1 2009 to help i need help please and thank tou

Our electricity has been shut off for a $3000 outstanding balance. We ask canwe make some type of arrangement and that did not work. We had a previous arrangement that we were not able to honor. This bill is an ongoing bill since the winter of 2008 to present. We pay on it when we can. My husbands job changed and there was a $30,000lost in income. We are a family of six. We are looking for some type of program for tgose who exceed the income requirements.We live in Charles County , Maryland.

im a 40 year old single parent of five im 802, behind on my lights im disable i just want to be able to sleep at night without thinking about if some one is going to cut my lights off please help
