Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I’m in really need of assistance of getting help paying my electric bill. My bill is in my grandfather's name and has been for 20 plus years. The charities and assistance say the bill has to be in my name. I have been running electric have heaters because I can't afford propane. Which I desperately need. Can please help me in getting my electric bill paid. We had a real cold spell here and my bill doubled. I also think they are not checking my meter. Thanks.

Change it into your name and work a payment plan out with them. Most places will not help with bills that are not in the persons name.
