Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I have an elder uncle and aunt that together with their three daughters and one son are trying to build a home in San Elisario but they are low income and have very little time to work on it. And my uncle is impaired from his cancer. He can't do much on his feet. I'm wondering if there is a program that can help them?

Maybe try the community action agency in San Elisario or El Paso County Texas. Sometimes they have information on building programs, grants, or can even refer people to Habitat for Community. Some non-profits that focus on cancer needs may also assist. So try this resource here.
