Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

My household has been without Kerosene to heat our house for 2 years. This winter will make three. Was wondering how can I get Kerosene delivered to heat my house this winter if I am below the poverty level. I can’t afford to purchase since I have a 275 gallon tank and LiHeap will on pay $300 which is only about 85-90 gallons of fuel.

If LEAP will supply that much I would see if you can get that much delivered, much better than none.
