Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

can I get a grant, or what amounts to as free money from a charity, or does it always need to be paid back? I have many bills and dents and wonder if a charity can help me out, or whether I am up the creek with this with no one to help me.

I need a rent grant in South Carolina, in the Myrtle Beach or Charelston area. Anything you can do to help me, or give me a rent grant.
