I have been seeing my psychiatrist for 6years. I suffer from bipolar, ocd, to name just a few. His billing dept. screwed up supplies& never billed my insurance. Now they want me to pay the $800that insurance should have paid. He refuses to see me until I pay this. Is he allowed to do that?
