Hello,
I was wondering if your outreach program is currently offering gasoline vouchers for doctor appointments? I only make $100 a month, and of course, finances are extremely, extremely tight right now. I am currently waiting for my social security benefits to be approved but I still need to get to the doctor. Could you please contact me back at this email address or my phone number. I reside at Phoenix, Arizona 85014 located in Maricopa county, Arizona.

Some charities and non-profits may provide money to pay for gasoline if you need it for medical reasons, or a job interview. So sounds like you may meet that criteria. Here is a listing of agencies and non-profits to call in Naples and Collier Florida. Locate Collier county assistance. Towards the bottom of the page you will even find one clinic. If you use the navigation bars on the left margin of the main page you can also find many other clinics in Florida, information on charities, etc. Explore the main site for thousands of programs.

One appointment is August 12th, and the other is August 16. I know there used to be charities that helped with that, but I have been unable to find any that help in this area anymore. I live in Naples, Florida and the doctor appointments are at Marianne Feathers clinic in Immokolee, Florida, which is about 30 miles from my home. I have a vehicle, but am a college student and unemployed at this time. The clinic payment is based upon your income, which will cost me $25.00 per visit. I have enough money for the clinic fees, but that leaves me no money for gas to get to the appointments. If anyone knows of someplace where I may be able to get gas cards to help cover the cost of the trip, please let me know. I appreciate any help I can get!

I am new to this website, and not sure what I need to do, so all help is appreciated.

Thank you.
