it sounds like mediation may be a good option for you in dealing with Wells Faro. A neutral third party tries to find a solution other than court. They can also help with paperwork, provide referrals if filing chapter 7, and more. Locate https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html/florida_mortgage_mediation_*.html programs. They are for Florida homeowners, even ones that filed Chapter 13.

I have done everything to try and save my house, but the problem is they never have yet to send any paperwork when a motion is filed with court for a sale date. I was married, and ex-husband filed bankruptcy and it stopped the foreclosure temporary. They granted is bankruptcy which he lists the mortgages on there under a chapter 7. I have filed chapter 13 twice but keeping running into money issues but big problem is they keep changing address and never got any paper and there had to be laws because if I didn’t know how to look it up they would sell my right from under me.
I can lose my home. I have no family and nowhere else to live. Please help me I don’t know what to do I know Wells Fargo’s Attorney aren’t handling it correctly when it comes to getting me copies of motions that are filed or help trying to pay the mortgage. The modification offered by Wells was not fair at all. I just need to catch a break. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. Along with its ADHD and obsessive compulsive. I also having physical issues but what hinders me is the mental it’s overwhelming.
Thank you so much.
