it sounds like mediation may be a good option for you in dealing with Wells Faro. A neutral third party tries to find a solution other than court. They can also help with paperwork, provide referrals if filing chapter 7, and more. Locate https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html/florida_mortgage_mediation_*.html programs. They are for Florida homeowners, even ones that filed Chapter 13.

I am in need of rental/mortgage assistance ASAP. My home was foreclosed on recently and sold back to the mortgage company, the bank wells Fargo, without my knowledge. The next notice I received was an court order eviction notice.
I did go to court about this last month the court/judge has ordered me to pay 945.00 per month to stay in my family home both of my parents, are deceased now! He won't even modify the loan. My mother just passed last May 2013 and this is our family home and it was deeded over to me before my dad passed in 2011. I feel that I should be able to live here for as it is the area that I live in. Can your organization please try to help me dealing with Well Fargo. I am a teacher, who gives back so much to others and I get not much in return from others.

Well, it is good that Wells Fargo did modify your home loan. There are other financial and mortgage assistance programs offered by Wells Fargo. Here is an extensive listing of the Wells Fargo programs. Find foreclosure prevention, debt counseling, and numerous other forms of financial support and advice. Wells is a good national lender to work with, and seem to be fair. Maybe you can get them to lower your payments more than the $80.

Wells Fargo has modified my loan after 1 1/2 year of trying to get them to help me, They lowered my monthly payment $80.00 monthly for 12 months. Even with that being done, I feel I am am a victim of there tactics as this was a take it or leave it deal to shut mu up. They also state they do Not have to work with me as my loan is an investor loan and Wells Fargo is the Investor and they dont have to help me due to that. I may end up needing to foreclosure on my home. How can i get HELP????? Thanks You
