Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

Hello, our power and water bill is due for cut off today. The Bills are still in our father’s name who is deceased of four years now and I can't afford to change the accounts yet, as you can see I'm needing help to keep it from getting shut off today 07/22/2019. I have crippling rheumatoid arthritis which attacks my body and immune system. I'm not on any source of income but am applying for disability. Can you give me assistance?
