Why do some people get help and not me?

If you don't want to help you should have just said so. I've talked to 3 other agencies that said, it is not a problem. Getting car help so you are wrong. It is not rare. It's actually a very popular thing in my area. So again if you didn't want to help you should have just stated that instead of beating around the bush and sending me links to places who don't help. I am watching a lot of Spanish people getting assistance. Many speak no English and just got off of a bus from Mexico and they walked right into an apartment. Why can't me an American get help?
