Paralyzed and need medical equipment
Hello. I was online on your webpage. I'm currently in looking for some kind of assistance with finding help for medical equipment for my daughter. She's 10 years old & is paralyzed from waist -below. It's getting extremely difficult to transfer her or carry her so she need equipment for mobility. I'm not sure how I could get help, so was hoping you could lead me in the right direction. We live in Texas and the county is Tarrant. Zip code is 76131. Thanks so much.

Re: Paralyzed and need medical equipment
Hello my name is Starla and I'm sending you a email in hopes by the grace of God you can point me in the right direction or help in some way. I have applied and was denied my social security disability for medical equipment as I am partly paralyzed and needed SSI money and now am waiting to go before a judge of administrative hearing.
This has been a very long process to say the least. In July 2019 I had surgery on my back which involved the surgeon to remove 3/4 of my spine due to a abscess on my spine and almost left me fully paralyzed. Which I now have a metal cage in my back, it has been complete hell but on the bright side I look at that I am able to walk again not 100% but in time I'll hopefully be.
Everyone has hard times and everyone goes through something. I'm not looking for a hand out by all means I'm just in need of a little help to fix my car and get medical stuff from home to help my back. My car that I need that I go back and forth to Dr Apts physical therapy etc. Is unfortunately ready to fall apart. My back passenger wheel is loose due to I believe a spine a control arm and CV joint and brakes need done. But I do not have any money to be able to pay a Mechanic to fix the car. I'm currently on housing the HCV and literally have no money for repairs. Is there a direction you can point me in or have any ideas it would really take pressure of me? To know there's someone I can call or look into for help? I live in Everett WA 98204

Re: Paralyzed and need medical equipment
Hey all,
Looks like both WA and TX are listed, so we have a main page listed for medical equipment and supplies. The information for both those states, and nationally, is here https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... abled.html
