Programs pay rent in Greenville needed aa facing eviction

Hello my name is Marla,
I am currently facing an eviction and now in the appeal stage of appealing the magistrates decision. During the hearing I informed the judge that not only did I pay the balance that was behind, I also had the payment for the month of March at the hearing, however, the property manager informed the judge that they would no longer accept payments due to me being late a few times out of three years. I feel as though my property manager is deliberately trying to evict me in order to lease with someone else being that my lease is up July 31st. The judge then stated that by SC law the property manager does not have to accept any payments and rules against me. I then was served with a written offer ejectment and waiting on the appeal response from the Greenville County court. I will not renew my lease, however, my children and I cannot afford to lose our home until I have found a new home for us and having an eviction would hinder that process.
