The good news is the payday industry is becoming more regulated, and there are laws and rules to protect consumers. Most states have their own payday loan laws and regulations. Find more info here. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... _laws.html Most states have limits on interest rates, the total number of loans that someone can take out, and the maximum dollar amount. Read the laws and rules for the loans in your state, and call an attorney if you are being scammed.

I have no idea who I am writing this to but here goes. I am 37 years old with two children and I have had a rough time since moving to North Little Rock. I would like to be able to continue my education but I have been out of work and was unable to pay on my student loans . II also have payday loans and debts. I am unsure if I would be able to attend without any loans. I only work part time so I am not really paying my bills. I would like to work full time but I have an autistic son to whom I have to pick up from school every day and not everyone is willing to work with me. I feel I need help not only financial but when I receive my blessings I would like to be able to manage them. I dont want to loose my blessings as fast as I receive them, so if you offer any debt managing courses I am so ready for that next level. I need a new beginning in every part of my life as well as some assistance paying my bills. I don't know where and how to begin. Can You please Help Me?

You are writing to a service that can provide people information!
I always tell people to never use payday loans. People do have alternatives, such as loans from credit unions, peer to peer lending, and many other options and programs. One of the good pieces of news that is that you can consolidate payday loans in order to save money.
Continuing education and school is always a great option for people.

I am 22 years old. I have an almost 2 year old little boy. his father and I have had a rocky relationship from the beginning.we are no longer together. Granted we are great parents, i do not want to be with him and voice my opinion often. he will not listen and keeps ruining relationships and friendships of mine. he is not abusive. I have not gone after him for child support since he is struggling to get by as well. i have one car and in order to get help from him, he needs to work and he doesn't have a license or a vehicle and works 30 miles away. i work part time near my house but with both of our incomes it is not enough. Daycare is so expensive so we are stuck with family members that all live in different places relatively nearby. groceries are hard since we do not qualify for food stamps. i have my car payment, car insurance and 2 life insurance policies, one for me and one for my son. we are struggling every month, every week. I would like to know about personal or payday loan information because if approved, i would pay off my car, pay off bills and daycare for months/years and get my son's father his license and a vehicle so that i can go back to school to earn a degree to be a better person and better parent for my son. Please let me know any information possible.

Been laid off from the union job I started and getting far behind on many bills. Was called back to work a few months ago but playing catch up but still risk losing things that I don't want ruining my credit score. I am 31, a multiple tour veteran, have 3 kids and face another lay off within a few days... scared to see my kids pay for the rough times we are experiencing. Have taken out payday loans to help but owing on those small loans also... jet wanting one big lump sum to pay off debt accumulated.

Good Afternoon,
My children & I recently relocated, for employment purposes, from Tallahassee, FL (Leon County) to Spring Hill, FL (Hernando County). Though I am gainfully employed, I experienced severe financial hardship while living in Tallahassee, FL which has caused me to fall behind on my monthly expenses. I also obtained several payday loans to provide the financial means to cover my moving expenses; these loans greatly contribute to the financial bind that I am currently experience. I feel overwhelmed with the fear that I will never get a head...get current on my expenses. I need help. I don't know what to do or who to contact to help me make sense of this financial mess. Please help if you can. I am immediately available by email or phone between 8a-5p EST and anytime after 5pm EST.
Thanks,
Cuomo

Applying for every position I come across but not having any luck finding work and rent is due. Not sure what I am going to do, but trying to avoid payday loans with short payback times and high interest rates. I am a struggling college student and trying to have a solid future, but worrying about how to get rent money is taking its toll on my concentration in classes.

If you are looking into a loan, try a credit union. As the rates may be a little lower. Of course you need to be a member, but there are some for government employees, teachers, and many other professions. Maybe they can be the source of low cost funding that you need.

Hi, you was wondering if I could apply for a loan to get me out of this debt trap. I payday loans every two weeks. I have several of them. I feel like I am trap.
I have destroyed my credit. I got into this mess due being cut from full time to part time and due to giving all my extra money to my children. It's a mess; please if you could help me with a loan to pay off all these payday loans then I will have one monthly payment. I am in debt for about 2000 dollars, if not more. Thank you.

Hello. I'm a 37 year old father who has a job, but have fallen on very hard times. I am almost homeless. I've exhausted all my resources and have nowhere else to go. I've not eaten in over 2 days. I sure hope someone there reads this and can help. Really help, that is. I've been bouncing around websites and keep getting spam emails on payday loans, etc. Thank you,
