Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

My grandmother passed and my mother this year and the water bill is behind 3000 dollars and taxes behind 6500 dollars. I am trying to be able to stay in this house but I need help getting the water in and getting the taxes caught up. I am diabetic on 2 different insulin and I can't afford to pay all this money and I wasn't aware that all this was going in to after my mom died.

I am behind $21,000 in back property taxes as well as water bills. I live in Easthampton, MA. Is there any way you could help me so I can stay in my home.
I've been sending in partial payments to the attorney representing the City of Easthampton, but was told $500 a month wasn't good enough for the taxes or water that is due. I am now being forced to sell my house---a house I've lived in 61 years (my entire life). I'm also mentally disabled. Selling my house would be too devastating for me. I just don't know where to turn. I am also on disability.
