Assistance paying property taxes in South Carolina

Is there someone a person can speak with to see if they can go on a payment plan for property taxes? I am not able to pay the taxes in full, but I am willing to work with a payment plan for so much to be taken each month. Can you assist me with this? The taxes are for property taxes in a rural area in South Carolina.
