A fixer upper home to work on instead of paying deposit

My daughter and I currently rent a home behind the office where I work part time at repair type jobs. The house is falling apart and my landlord/boss drags his feet whenever I say something needs fixed. I really can't say much, because I must keep my job.
We just need a little help to get into a home that allows pets. We know a little about remodeling and small home repairs. We are good at those types of jobs. And would love to fix a place up in place of a deposit or something. My health is on the line as all the stress caused me to have a heart attack last fall and now have congestive heart failure. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Please.

Hello, I am currently in need in some assistance in getting into a home or apartment or paying a security deposit. If i can't get that, I am handy and can do work. I have been sleeping in my car for the past 2 months. Looking for safe places to park where authorities would not be able to run me out. I have been working although it’s not enough living paycheck to paycheck, and having bad credit doesn't help as well. Please do get back to me. I can find and help on a fixer upper home if the owner lets me live there. Thank you for your time.

Hello, my name is Thomas and I'm almost behind on my rent. I got covid and 2020 and it turned into long covid. I was a contractor for many years before I got sick and now due to Long covid. Now I need a place to rent and will be willing to fix it up for income.
I get exhausted just washing the dishes. I see doctors and specialists constantly and have gone through a multitude of tests. My pulmonologist recently told me the long covered effects may be permanent. This disease has turned my life upside down. I went from working 65 hours on a six day work week as a contractor fixing homes to nothing at all. It has been a psychological torture as well as the physical ailments.
I realized I was going to have to change my career so I applied with an agency here in Wilmington and I had to go back through a bunch of tests just for them to be eligible. They're going to pay for my online schooling to become a blockchain developer and I can work at home off my laptop.
need help paying my rent until that goes through which should be short-term. The Harrelson center here in Wilmington told me last week they would pay $300 towards my $550 a month rent obligation. Please let me know if you can help out I don't know where else to turn for income and a fixer upper to slowly work on. Thank you. Sincerely,
