Hello, I need some help. I'm living with my parents currently in Penn valley, I'm going through a divorce and currently 21 weeks pregnant. I was a stay at home mom when my husband and I were together. I have a 1 1/2 year old and 7 year old. I'm trying to get back on my feet but need help for now until this baby comes. I am going to have my baby November 19 and will receive short term disability. I am not divorced, a single mom and pregnant. Disability will pay around 60% of $10.93 an hour. But first I've got them to contact me back, which they haven't in over a week. I am a single mother and don't know what I'm going to do until they decide to send a check which will not cover my bills to begin with for the pregnancy. I would like to know is there any other assistance that my be able to help me? I live in the state of Alabama. Thank you for any advice.
