Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

I was first living here on the island of Oahu and then I decided to move to Alaska because things got really tough for me on the island. I try to seek help in Alaska, but it wasn't the same as the islands. Things didn't get any better in Alaska and to top all my problems and struggle I receive a call saying my father has passed. So I moved back here to Oahu with my 4 girls, one of my girls has Down syndrome since she was born. So my so sudden move back to the island from Alaska has not been good. We don't have a steady place to stay, so we've being going back and forth to my nieces. So to make long story short, I need help in getting a steady roof over my 4 girls head.
