Meals deliver to liver cancer patient

Hello,
My mom lives in Albuquerque, NM and has recently been diagnosed with liver cancer and undergoing treatment. She needs meals, food, financial help and other support. She had breast cancer in the '80 but this is a new primary. During her treatment for breast cancer she received a transfusion (before they screened blood) which gave her HepC.
She has also had back surgery and is on constant 4L of oxygen from damage to her diaphragm because of all the breast surgeries as well as the cancer in her liver
She is receiving Meals on Wheels, 1 week cleaning service, and a companion from Albuquerque Senior Services comes once a week.
We are extremely grateful for the help she is receiving!
It is just not quite enough to sustain her.
Often the meals she receives are too spicy. They only come once a day and she does not have the strength to cook for herself in the afternoon/evening at the moment, we hope she can in the future.
She wishes to live as long as possible, spend time with her grandkids, and be independent for years to come. She is 70 years young.
I live in Portland, OR and have a daughter just starting kindergarten and husband who work graveyard. We are barely making ends meet.
My sister lives in Albuquerque and helps as much as possible, has been her whole life as she was 7 when my mom got breast cancer. But, she works full time (sometimes on call nights), has three young children, also working poor, and a house just barely big enough for her family.
We love our mother very much but are not able to provide her the afternoon/evening meals and companionship that would help her get through this very difficult road bump of her liver cancer.
Please let me know if there are any Attendant Services available to her through your organization.
