About to be emancipated

I will be homeless Friday with 2 kids. Friday May 30 I will become emancipated from Washington DHR. I just recently obtained employment and I won't have my paycheck in time. I need a security deposit of 200$, rent 480$ and utility 300 for them to be turned on. Need it before emancipation occurs.
