My state and county is not listed

Good afternoon,
I found your website online listing all the states and counties that
help with those in financial need and it explained that if our state
or county wasn't listed to email you regarding finding a source to
assist.
My husband and I are in dire need of financial assistance with the
repairs being done to our car. We live in Canadensis, Pennsylvania
(Monroe County) and it was not listed on your website.
I am a cancer survivor and my husband work extremely hard but because
our car must have repairs done to it, minor stuff like the
serpentine belt and compressor wheel, we lost our jobs due to no
transport.
We have the car at the garage now in Canadensis and the repairs came
to a total of $250 and we do not have the money to get it out of the
garage. My husband does have more work lined up but without the car we
are totally screwed. My county and state is not listed.
Can you please help us in finding some sort of assistance program so
that we can get our lives back on track. Even though state and county not listed.
