Business has been down

Hello,
We've never had to ask for help before, but of late, my wifes business and health is not doing well, and we've fallen behind mainly on our water bill and health insurance.
It is now up to $1018.92 in past due bills. I fear it will get shut off soon and we need a doctor for bad health.
The company is willing to work with us on splitting the payments, but we can’t do that at this time.
We should be receiving Social Security by this summer which will help us immensely and hopefully business will get better.
Is there a program that could help us with all or part of the bill?
