Financial aid for upcoming funeral with terminal illness

I am a social worker with ASERA care and have a family in need of financial assistance for the funeral (that is upcoming) for his wife who has a terminal illness. He is disabled and needs financial assistance with funeral costs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you can direct me to the right persons, I would appreciate it. Thank You.

Good evening, I was inquiring to see if your charity offers assistance help with future, upcoming payments? My wife has chronic asthma and I have two sons in my home and my light will be shut off on September 11th than I have the future funeral of my mom who dies from COVID. I tried to go through the community action HEAP program, but they told me that we didn't meet the points system by 2 points. They referred us to your charity for future funeral resources.
