A wasting syndrome diagnosis

We are being evicted with a newborn and my fiancé has been diagnosed with wasting syndrome, we have nothing saved up and nowhere to go and will end up homeless. I work for Starbucks and my fiancé has been working from home since getting sick but it has been getting increasingly more difficult for him. Now we are facing eviction with nowhere to go and need any help we can get!
