Christmas only for people on state aid?

I have a few concerns and questions to ask. First do you only help those receiving State assistance or for those in need have help? I asking for myself, I have been contacting agencies about not only Thanksgiving, Christmas help but any time help as well. I am disabled with 8 children in the home.

Kern County has some of their own regulations in place. Generally, Christmas programs do not require the applicant to be on state aid. But really each and every one does vary. Some may require it. You can find a list of them here. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... _assi.html
