Hello. I am the mother of 3 beautiful kids and would like to know where the 4 of us can help serve Christmas dinner for a woman's shelter or homeless shelter. Anything.
I want them to see what the true meaning of Christmas is and do something for others as a family. My oldest has been wanting to do this for years!
Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! I hope to hear back soon!

To Whom It May Concern, I'm trying to find a charity that would give some type of assistance (both dinner and gifts) to my grandchildren for Christmas. My son in law is badly disabled and waiting to be approved for disability insurance, as of right now they have zero income and live in my home for free, the home is going into foreclosure though.
They do receive food stamps and medical assistance but I don't know how to help with the kids, they're 14 year old twins and I know their getting older but they're great kids, both on the honor roll and my granddaughter has been very ill this year. A specialist is sending her for multiple tests and believes it may be serious. They can give you any and all documentation for all I have told you, I know the kids may be older than some but I dread them having a Christmas without one gift or a dinner. If you know of any charities that may help It would be very appreciated, Thank you,

I am looking for a way to get Christmas Dinner and maybe some gifts for my 12 year old boy. Our puppy got killed on Friday, and I am hoping maybe some sort of Christmas will help cheer him up.
We are a family of 4 (My husband, myself, my son and my 25 year old daughter who lives here off & on as she becomes homeless). I have been unemployed since September and receive $58 week. My husband was unemployed for over a year and in June began working a $10.00/hour job. Right now, things are SO precarious (late on (only, Thank God!) $50 for December rent. Owe over $400 to electric Company (bill overdue). Owe over $300 to phone company (WAY overdue).
Lost the luxury of TV weeks ago, but who cares? I receive $450/month in child support, but that gets deposited into an account that is always negative due to auto withdrawals of auto insurance and internet bill.

It sounds like you need some holiday cheer. Sorry for the loss of the puppy. Luckily there are many programs to try, including free meals from food pantries, charities, and many other places. Most charity organizations do in fact want to spread holiday cheer to everyone in their communities.

This year my kids and I need several things. My husband was deported and we are alone this year. We lost our home and everything.
Please help my kids have a Christmas meal and more. We need gifts, food and clothing. We live at my grandparents and we are I am trying to get employment. I have five kids and really we are lost this year without my husband. He usually worked and provided for my family, including Christmas food, but this year he isn’t with us.

A am 51, disabled, and grandmother to 4 year old twin boys. My husband is incarcerated until April 2016. My SDI is only $699 a month. After rent, bills, and other needs for myself our dog who is also my service dog which I'm not financially about to pay for entire month needs I'm left going without. Very tough year for my family and all I'm hoping for is a donation/gift of one gift for the twins from papa and Nanni and a food basket so I may have a Christmas dinner for my family and my church is unable to assist on this. Is there anyone org. where I can get assistance for Christmas including food for a dinner? Thank you for your time and awaiting your reply. Sincerely

Grandmother taking care of twin boys? They are not yours but you are a caregiver? If so, there are kin programs for Christmas or holiday meals. Look into those. Local churches or pantries may give them too. Here you go as far as more information, and locate a free Christmas meal near you.
