Social worker seeking help

I am a social worker for the Central Texas VA Health Administration. I suffered a traumatic injury to my right hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder on 2/3/15. I went back to work to avoid the loss of the only source of income for my family.
On 3/17/16, my left hand stopped working and began to cramp around the object I was holding. Now I am without the use of either of my hands and I am awaiting my first workers' compensation payment. Our only vehicle was repossessed 2 weeks ago. My rent, which is $475 per month, has not been paid for the month of March or April. My electricity bill is $81, and it is past due as well.
I was approved for emergency SNAP benefits, but I literally do not have a penny to my name. The claims for both my right and left upper appendages has been approved, but it will be a few more weeks before I receive my first payment. I will be homeless by then without assistance.

Dear Social Worker,
Thank you for reading my reach for assistance!
I am a single senior citizen of age 63, living alone with no family and no dependents.
I have lost my low-income job per the pandemic and upon all of my resumes no one has offered me an interview or a job yet.
So when they cut my pandemic unemployment insurance I had zero income and HRA would not help me or call back so I was forced into early retirement and only receive a monthly payment of SSA for $599.
This does not even cover half of my rent.
I have called HRA and Social Services since May and no one has returned my calls; nor do they ever answer, nor can I get through the hold line, no matter what time I call.
I do not have a computer and cannot apply for anything online as a Social Worker and I don't know where to get the applications.
If I don't get help I will lose my apartment by December 31st when ERAP runs out, and I have nowhere to go.
I also have a disability and SSD has denied me and I am not well enough to appeal it by myself.
I have no support, no social worker, and no case worker.
My landlord has refused to do repairs for the past 7 years, and he has caused me live in an unhealthy unsafe apt; and he does not provide me a working stove oven nor heat in the winter nor ample hot water.
There are many more serious repair issues but the point is I need to get out of this apartment because it is dangerous and unhealthy to live in and now that I have no job it is completely unaffordable.
I need help please as a Social Worker. Please help me!
Thank you so much for your possible service and for reading my call for help.
