Hi. I found out that I have asteoarthritis in both my arm joints. I had to leave work because this degenerative disease makes it almost impossible to use my hands to do anything. This disease usually affects 70 and 80 years old. I am 37. And I have bills stacking up that I can't pay because SSDI only covers rent and food barley. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure who told you SSI only covers rent and food. There are many other resources for the disabled. Some are part of SSI, some are state run, and some are run by other government agencies. If you really have asteoarthritis at age 37, then you will definitely qualify for them.
