Her health is not in the best condition and the added stress of not knowing how long her home is going to be in its current condition doesn't help. I desperately need rental assistance for me and my grandmother and we live in Pitt County. I have contacted numerous churches, DSS and any other contact I can find to no avail. Your site shows that for assistance in the following counties contact: Beaufort, Martin, and Pitt County Community Action Dial (252) 792-7111.
They say on the recording that they do not offer rental or utility assistance. Is there any where I can get help? It feels like it is impossible to get help in Pitt County unless you know the right people. This is in regards to rental assistance.
