Injured on the job

I had to resign from my job due to back pain, past surgery. I have applied for SS Disability but I need help until that is approved. I was injured 2 years ago on the job. I went back to work and the pain is chronic. I can't take medications and work. I have lost my insurance.
I need to find help with mortgage, utility, medications and medical care until I can get back on my feet. My husband works two part time jobs and his income is not enough to pay our current bills. I hate asking for help but I don't know what else to do right now.

I am low income, 44, & disabled due to an injury from my job. I am searching for any & all assistance available. I am presently desperate for rental or heating crisis help. I live alone. I also need to find reliable transportation. I live in a rural area. Any and all resources you could send me would be greatly appreciated. I am also seeking help with dental problems. And I am steadily increasing credit card debt. Thank you for all your help and time.
