My mom is now a widow and needs help

My mom is an 87 year old recent widower. Her husband left her with bills and now she is only living off her social security and isn't able to make ends meet. How can I find out what assistance she may qualify for?
She lives in Boynton Beach Florida with my sister who is unable to work.

Hello,I am a resident of Kaufman County, Texas and I am facing eviction. My mom can't help me as she is a widow now. My rent is $1190 per month and my landlord issued an eviction notice.  I’ve recently been let go at my job and my husband just started back to work yesterday.  I have an interview Tuesday of next week.  Please point me in the right direction for help for my rent or for my mom, as she is facing mental health challenges from being a widow.
