My brother needs surgery buy has no income

I'm writing you in regards to my brother. He seriously needs surgery done on a hernia problem he has. He is living with our mother and she has been looked after by him but, since he is not too capable of doing it now it is very difficult. I am asking if you or someone you know that could offer financial help to get the help he needs, they are very low income, my mother only receives her Social Security once a month and there is no other income coming in since my brother can't work.

I can supply you any information you need and you may send someone to verify this asking. I would not be asking if any of us could help but, unfortunately, we all are low income or already have a family to support and not able to do anything to help. Please help me by helping him, that's all I ask.

Call your local Dept of Human Services or DFACS and see what they say. If something is keeping him out of working maybe he can get Medicaid. Also call 211 for local resources in your area.
