Get help with paying bills or free stuff.

My husband and I are low income and in December of this year I am scheduled to have a complete hysterectomy. Not only do we NOT have medical insurance but 6 days later on August 29th our water is scheduled to be shut off for a delinquent 1300.00 water bill. My husband tried setting up a payment plan but is self employed and when the money did not come in they kicked us off and demanded the whole amount paid in full. Is there any help for us.

There are numerous medical providers in Texas for the uninsured. Now whether they provide for a hysterectomy or not, you will need to call around and see what they say.
