Hospital stay is due

To Whom It May Concern:
I fell down and for several days was experiencing migraines that would not go away. Please note that I was admitted at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT on January 5 for a subdural hematoma after a MRI was taken earlier that day and I was directed me to go to the Emergency Room. A procedure was performed on Friday, January 23rd. There was some bacteria in the fluid that was drained from my head. The Neurosurgeon said it was likely from the transportation and handling of the fluid and not likely from me. To be on the safe side, they would not release me on the 24th or 25th, and could do a test only after the weekend. So, I had to stay through the weekend and I was given antibiotic intravenously. Therefore, they waited until Monday to get the report back, which did reveal that the bacteria was found in the fluid from their handling of it. At that point I was released.
I am in extreme financial hardship to pay for the hospital stay. I am single mom who is supporting two children in college and desperately trying to stay on top of paying bills. I did have Connecticut health insurance which I was unable to continue to make payments on. So, it lapsed earlier this year in April 2016. I tried to apply through Access Health CT with assistance of Janice, the financial consultant at Danbury Hospital, but did not qualify for Husky.
Earlier this year my home was foreclosed upon and so we had to move out. I would be extremely grateful for assistance to overcome the extremely difficult hardship that I am enduring at this time.

To whom this may concern,
I have hospital bills that I need help with related to an illness I have
been stricken with and that resulted from my stay there. Can your office provide me help?
I think I qualify
for some types of low income or no income help.
