Rare medical condition

Greetings,
Up until a year ago I was a working married mother of 2. I am still married but unable to work due to a very serious auto immune illness called Erythema Multiforma. This illness causes me to break out in lesions that are burns from the inside out all over my body. It also attacks my mucous membranes like my mouth, eyes, nose, and vaginal area. This is a very debilitating illness that ends with death for most people diagnosed with it. I have files for disability but as you may know that is a very lengthy process.
My husbands income is just not enough to sustain us and we have fallen deeply into debt. We are unable to pay the doctor or even make our rent for this month. We had a 466.00 light bill this month also. It's very painful for me to sweat and I have to try my best to keep from getting a secondary bacterial infection as I have open blister all over my body, therefore we keep our home very cold. I have always worked all my life. I never been in a situation where I was facing homelessness until now, and I am desperate for help. If you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
I live in Broward County. My children's ages are 2 and 7. I am receiving SNAP benefits from the department of human services and my children are on Medicaid. Unfortunately I do not have insurance and struggle to pay for my doctor visits and medication. That is where a lot of our income goes and we are at a point where we are going to have to choose between my medical needs and our living expenses. A choice I would never want anyone to have to make.
Please email me with any information that you think would be helpful. I do not have a phone that stays on all the time due to obvious financial reasons but my mother is a county deputy and a message can be given to her. Please do not give this number out for advertisement purposes as it is her work phone.
Thanks in advance for your help.
