My husband has no medical insurance and we both have close to $10,000 due in past medical bills and debts owed to hospital and doctors. We have an entire section devoted to help with medical bills and debts, free health care, and even non-profits that focus on cancer care and those types of specific needs for cancer patients. Even resources for people who have no health insurance. Find an extensive listing of ways to get help with medical bills and debts. Now surgery may be too complicated for a free clinic or free medical care, but they are good places to ask for assistance. Always look into medical debt settlement and consolidation too.

I am disabled...61 yrs old. I was forced to go from workers comp (federal) to disability retirement. OPM has no record of this, and my rent, utilities and groceries need to be paid ASAP. I am at my ropes end until they unravel this! I live in Gaston NC. With these doctor bills from disability and deductibles from insurance, I am really behind in almost everything and really am struggling. Can you help, please?

Hello,
I was referred to this program by a friend. My has no insurance, and I'm having to pay for her deductibles and medical expenses out of pocket. The services that you offer is there anyway that my mother would advantage from them. I hope to you from you soon. Thanks in advance.

You will always need to pay some out of pocket expenses and some deductibles. No health insurance policy covers the entire cost. But there are places you can get help from, or use free medical care to save. So try them if you are struggling, and locate assistance to pay health care deductibles.

Government/State agencies that wife & I can go to for short term emergency financial assistance for tax payers to pay deductibles who don't make much but too much for poverty scale. My wife has a cancer in her colon, the surgery is August 26th at Cedar Park hospital.
The Dr. says the plan is to cut it out then sew the colon back. She had bronze medical coverage, we pay 30 %, and insurance pays 70 % for the deductibles. We've already paid $500 out of pocket, her employer says she'll get her job back when she returns but that's the best they can do, and we need some temporary State financial assistance to help with the bills while she is out for about 7 weeks. I will not be able to pay all the rent, car note and utilities by myself.

Hi, I was referred from orthopedic specialists in Fort Myers with a high deductible. I need help with a very important surgery coming up next Wednesday the 25th. I have very bad arthritis in my left thumb and hand and the doctor needs to cut it out. The cost is 350 for the insurance co pay, 57 for the brace I have to wear after the surgery and co pays afterwards for the therapy to try to heal properly. I am disabled 100%.
I was an Asset Protection Officer for Walmart and other stores. I arrested a carjacker who took a car from a 93 year old woman and as I pulled her from the car I tore discs in my neck and shoulder. Many surgeries and a feeding tube later I am where I am.
I am on a fixed income of 1250 a month with a wife who is undergoing chemo therapy for breast cancer in Fort Myers. I am in considerable pain and have to have this surgery but do not have the co pays that Humana demands. Sabrina with Orto specialists will provide any paperwork you require. Thank you.
