Dear sir or ma'am. I am in desperate need. I am disabled and on the AMP program. But my accumulated overage on my AMP program is 907.10. I keep paying my amount due now or past due amounts. I have completely failed as a single mom and let me and my son down horribly. I desperately need some help paying off this huge balance on my electric bill please. I don’t know what to do or how I’m going to ever pay this large amount of money I am at a loss and feel utterly hopeless. Please help I so desperately need assistance for me and my little family.
